1. Sublimation Process:

1) Inputting digital photos to computer by digital camera or scanner;

2)Editing photos with Image Processing Software to make the specifications compatible with the pressing objects;

3) Printing images by ink-jet printer onto ink-jet paper or heat transfer paper, make sure you are using sublimation ink to do this.

4) To transfer the images onto whatever object surface you want, by using a proper heat transfer machine.

2. What is sublimation ink?

Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. (Just like dry ice.) The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks. You must purchase the mugs, tiles, metals, etc. with the coating already on them, it is not something you can coat yourself. We carry a full line of these blank items. When you apply to 100% polyester (ie: our mouse pads and puzzles) you do not need any coating, it is applied directly to the 100% polyester fabric.

3. Why choose sublimation products?
Sublimation products can be used as personal gifts or commemorative products, or even marketing promotion products and incentive products.
As stated before, the image quality printed on sublimation product is exceptionally clear, bright, and vivid which is unobtainable by any other means. What is more important, the product is one by one hand-made therefore can ensure you have a personalized product or gift. All of your own digital portrait, company logo, factory picture or scenic can be printed onto the products, which makes your product look really different and special.

4. What is Heat transfer Vinyl?

Heat transfer vinyl (HTV as it’s more commonly known) or iron on vinyl is a specially formulated film made in a variety of colors and finishes for decorating apparel and fabrics. It can be cut with a blade, laser, or water jet to create designs. After cutting, excess material is weeded or removed from the carrier sheet. After weeding, HTV can be stored on multipurpose paper or immediately applied with  a heat press or home iron.
